唉...什麼都不想講，雖然因為另外一個演唱會事件，對Versailles這場有被取消的心理準備，
但看到還是覺得好可惜。

話說這消息是Versailles官網公布的，
台灣主辦方，到現在還沒公佈，
連要去玫瑰售票網下載退票申請書，都還沒看到申請書的連結，
台灣這邊真是慢半拍...
雖然知道主辦再處理另外一場，
但若消息被發布了，
相關事宜總要同步上線吧...

Versailles 10th Anniversary Tour 2017 – Taipei
凡爾賽2017台北演唱會
（台北，2017年10月23日）主辦單位創世紀全球娛樂股份有限公司遺憾宣佈，原定於2017年10月28日（星期六）假三創 CLAPPER STUDIO舉行之《Versailles 10th Anniversary Tour 2017 – Taipei》演唱會，由於本司財務問題，因故取消舉辦本次活動，但保證已購票歌迷可憑票券全額退費，造成困擾，深感抱歉。

《Versailles 10th Anniversary Tour 2017 – Taipei》演唱會因故取消，需辦理退票觀眾即日起至12/29（五）前洽玫瑰大眾娛樂售票系統辦理退票退款事宜，創世紀全球娛樂公司除全額退款外，也將吸收購票時取票手續費與掛號費（限郵寄普通掛號）。

玫瑰大眾娛樂售票系統退票方式如下：

退票截止時間：
即日起至民國一○六年十二月二十九日（含）為止，以郵戳為憑。

退票方式：
經由網路刷卡訂票者
A1. 選擇超商取票尚未取票者

請來電客服02-2731-9637 (上班日10:00~12:00、14:00~17:00）協助辦理退票事宜。

A2. 選擇超商取票已取票者及選擇國內郵寄取票者

請填寫①退票申請書，連同②票券正本及③銀行存摺封面影本，以④掛號郵寄方式至「台北市松山區敦化南路一段7號8樓　玫瑰大眾娛樂售票系統票務客服中心收」，本單位收到退票資訊後7-10個工作天內完成退刷手續，將原刷卡金額退至原網路購票時所使用之信用卡，實際退款時間依發卡行之作業時間為準。主辦單位承諾之取票手續費及掛號費，將匯至消費者提供之銀行帳戶。

經由7-11 ibon、全家FamiPort、萊爾富Life-ET及許昌大眾門市購票者
請填寫①退票申請書，連同②票券正本及③銀行存摺封面影本，以④掛號郵寄方式至「台北市松山區敦化南路一段7號8樓　玫瑰大眾娛樂售票系統票務客服中心收」，本單位收到票券日起14個工作天，將票款、取票手續費及掛號費匯入您所提供之銀行帳戶。

SHOW CANCELLATION
(Taipei, 23 October 2017) Genesis Global Entertainment Corporation regretfully informs the public that, due to financial difficulties of our company, the <Versailles 10th Anniversary Tour 2017 – Taipei> concert originally scheduled for Saturday, October 28, 2017 at Syntrend Clapper Studio has been cancelled. Please be assured that all ticket purchases will be fully refunded.

Once again, we at Genesis Global Entertainment Corporation sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the cancellation of the <Versailles 10th Anniversary Tour 2017 – Taipei> concert. Ticket holders requiring a refund are to contact G-Music Ticketing before Friday, December 29, 2017. All ticket buyers will be fully refunded, while Genesis Global Entertainment Corporation will also absorb previous ticket retrieval service fees and postage fees (standard registered mail only).

G-Music Ticketing ticket refund details as follows:

Refund applications will be received till December 29, 2017; submission date judged by postage stamp.

To apply for a refund:
Patrons who purchased tickets online via credit card who
A1. previously chose to retrieve tickets via local convenient stores, but have yet to retrieve tickets,

are to kindly contact 02-2731-9637 (hours of operation 10:00~12:00 and 14:00~17:00) for assistance with ticket refunds.

A2. previously chose to retrieve tickets via local convenient stores and have already retrieved tickets OR patrons who chose to receive tickets via mailed delivery

are to kindly fill in the ① Ticket Refund Application, and send the Application, along with the ② tickets and a ③ copy of your passbook/bankbook, via ④ registered mail to 8F., No.7, Sec. 1, Dunhua S. Rd., Songshan Dist., Taipei City 105, Taiwan (G-Music Ticketing Service Center). Upon receiving the aforementioned documents, payment will be credited back to the original credit card used to make the ticket purcases within 7-10 work days; actual credit date depending on respective credit card issuing banks. The Promoter further warrants to transfer respective ticket retrieval service fees and postage fees to the bank account provided.

Patrons who purchased tickets via 7-11 ibon, FamilyMart FamiPort, and Hi-Life Life-ET kiosks, or G-Music Records retail stores
are to kindly fill in the ① Ticket Refund Application, and send the Application, along with the ② tickets and a ③ copy of your passbook/bankbook, via ④ registered mail to 8F., No.7, Sec. 1, Dunhua S. Rd., Songshan Dist., Taipei City 105, Taiwan (G-Music Ticketing Service Center). G-Musicチケットの払い戻しの詳細は次のとおりです：
1.払い戻しの締切日：
払い戻しの申請は、2017年12月29日まで受付ます。郵便局で受付された日。
2.払い戻しを申請するには：
（A）クレジットカードでオンラインチケットを購入したお客様
A1。まだチケットが届いていない方

A2。すでに郵便配達でチケットを受け取った方
